Two surveillance swabs into separate VTM (Viral Transport Media) tubes:

  1. Swab both conjunctivas (Right and Left eyes) with a single swab and place into VTM.
  2. Swab Nasopharyngeal (NP), then mouth, then anus (follow that exact order) with a single swab and place into second VTM.
